Al Eid Food posted KWD 1.03 million profit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
The profit reflects 35% jump compared with KWD 762.700 profit in the same period a year earlier.
Al Eid’s earnings per share (EPS) in 2013 reached 12.9 fils, from 9.52 fils a year earlier.
Company’s board proposed distributing 13% of its capital (1stock for every 100) bonus shares, which is subject to approval of shareholders and competent authorities.
